How can I check my contract status?

I realized today that I can't remember if I am still on contract with Dish or not. If I am on contract, I don't know how long it will be before I am off contract.

How can I find out my status without calling a CSR? I thought all I would need to do would be to log onto my account at dish.com. I did that. After searching all over I was unable to find any mention of contract status anywhere.

I would suggest contacting a D.I.R.T. member by going to the main forum page and down at the bottom you will see in Red letters who is online from the Internet Response Team and PM them. They may be able to help if anyone can.

At one point, contract time remaining was listed under your account when you logged onto the Dish site. Not sure if it's still there or where to look.

It certainly ought to be there. I was amazed when I couldn't find it.

It's not on our account either. I had to ask the CSR.

If you ask DIRT now, they might not get back to you quickly. They're a little busy right now....
