How about listing the full channel name in the info?

But when I push the info button, how about giving me the full name?

I have no idea what some of these channels are.

Limited space is only reason I can think of as to why Dish does not do it. If you aren't sure of the channels, you can download the channel chart from mydish.com

It would be useful if at least the abbreviations made sense i.e.
Comedy Central=LOL
Playboy=OMG
MSNBC=STFU
FoxNews=WTF
Bravo=TMI
etc.

I am.... I can't guess what many of them are. I've mentioned it (here) before and I've had people then tell me that "CI" is "Channel ?". Well, that doesn't help when you're browsing the guide !

That is what annoys me. Dish just started this title abbreviation 2 -3 yrs ago. It hasn't always been like that

I personally don't have trouble with the channel abbreviations, but I know some who do.

Even worse, you'd think hitting "Info" with the bigger window would show the whole name, without "...", but nope !
