Hotpass not active for Bristol?

The Bristol race is 109 laps in right now and the Hotpass channels are still not working. Anyone have any info?

Well, I'm on the phone with D* now. They tried sending "programming information" through to my receiver, but nothing happened...it didn't respond in any way. Strange...
