What about getting rid of all the dioplexers and running a direct line!

Check the cable connection where it comes out of the agile modulator on the 722, make sure the stinger is long enough to make good contact. It should protrude beyond the ferrule about 1/8 inch. If its flush you are probably just getting broadcast through the ground.
