Horrible flickering sound

I recorded Charlie browns Christmas the other night and when I played it back there is this constant flickering sound that would not go away. It still does this on the cw channel. I've already talked to tech support about this issue with the cw channel and they said it was the network and I don't buy that. Anyone else having issues?

Ive seen it before and its actually been the local.

You could post in your local OTA thread at AVS and see if anyone else had it. My local ABC has this random static throughout a show, and Ive seen it on Dish, Directv and OTA.
