Hopper3 and VIP612 on same account

I have older parents who live with me and are very comfortable using the VIP 612 receiver that's in their room. I would like to upgrade to the Hopper 3/Joey for the other TVs in the house. Is it possible to upgrade to the Hopper 3 and still have a VIP612 as well?

A 2 dish system will work but not sure if dish allows it even if you buy them.

Would require two separate accounts, and addresses. No VIP equipment on Hopper accounts, except the 211 family receivers.
