Hopper w/Sling flashing video and audio dropouts

I have a Hopper with Sling, and for the past few months while watching there would be flashes of white going across the screen intermittently along with a 1 - 3 second dropout of the audio. A reset clears up the problem, but in a few days it happens again.

Happens on live and recorded shows on the Hopper as well as the Joey, so it's not a bad HDMI cable. A call to Dish tech support was useless. Has anybody expeienced this and have a solution?
