could I get a pm from a DIRT member about doing a 1 Hopper + 1 Joey upgrade. It would replace a 622 and 612.

Zach. Are you guys able to create a manual receiver configuration like retailers are. When we do a claim on rconnect we can customize the receiver configuration.
It's always possible they may have some kind of error but I would ask and see if they will give a decent reason as to why.

She escalated me to Jose whose job was to ensure customer satisfaction. He quoted me 100 to upgrade for 1 hopper and 2 joeys.. Wheres the confusion in that?Because the account specialist was having computer problems, he probably couldn't see the $400 the system was spitting out. I bet you'll be back to your $400 quote when you call back tomorrow.

I would like to upgrade my 922 that has failed me 2 times as I am on the 3rd one now and am worried that it will fail again. I have asked to be upgraded to get away from the 922 that has been discontinued. I feel that I should not have to pay the $100 upgrade fee because of all the trouble I have had and worried about loosing any more recorded programs that I have lost. Would this be possible? I have been a Dish customer for just over a year. Thank you
You sound just like these dish idiots. Answers for everything that equate to nothing!!! In the end you don't know anymore then anyone else. All people keep saying is ask this and ask that. Ask dirt. I did ask dirt. They said they didn't know. The CEO address got me an email back. I replied with my phone number on Friday. Got a call late in the day but couldn't take it. Some guy named James left me a voice mail I've yet to hear back from that. It's like you can't get answers from anyone. Bottom line here is this was a hideous release and per usual with this company a cluster you know what's stop pretending you have the answers. You know nothing.
