Hopper Upgrades

We wanted to let everyone know that we am seeing your PM's and will try to get to them as fast as we can. When contacting a DIRT member about upgrading to a Hopper, if you could please provide us with your account information (number, pin or full address). This will help speed up the process. Thanks.

By the way, I tried to call for an upgrade, but they told me there was no way to get two hoppers and one Joey unless I purchased the second hopper...

I called at 1p, central and they said they could come today between 12-5, LOL.

now that's customer service. I had to tell them to hold off until tomorrow so I can move stuff to the 2TB EHD. Zach said there would be no problem plugging the EHD into the hopper, no reformat (info loss) is needed and they have had one for quite some time using a EHD.

Can you upgrade if you are on a current contract or do you have to be off contract?
