Just started using 54 remote after I broke my Harmony. It's set to turn on my soundbar, as well. Problem is, when the Hopper sarts, there is no sound from soundbar. Then, a graphic like a power plug comes on bottom right saying to press any button to watch TV or Hopper will go into standby. When I press the button, the sound comes on. How do I stop this? I have yet to find anything in settings, tried the obvious power and remote choices. At a loss. Gonna have to fix my Harmony!!!

Your OP didn’t mention Limited Mode specifically. I tested this with my own setup. My LM was set to off. I turned it on and got your issue. I turned it off and the issue went away. Maybe try to turn it on, shut things down and then turn it back off.
Done, rinsed and repeat. Keeps coming back. Even with a power pull.

It already is. Re-read my OP. Not the same issue.
You're Powering your TV back on within 5 minutes of powering off. The graphic you see is the Hopper telling you it will be going into standby mode. I demonstrate this to customers so they know it when they see it. There is no setting to prevent it.
