Hopper/Joey install..does LNB get replaced?

I have an install for Hopper/Joeys scheduled for Saturday. Trying to get everything off the old receiver and I noticed under system info: "LNB Drift Detected". Is the LNB going to be replaced with the install or should I say something and try to get the installer to replace it anyway?

I would say something when you order so that way they dont need to roll two trucks.
