HOPPER 3 UPGRADES

Just got off the phone with dish. Had everything setup, then the csr comes back and say we are on the EA and there is a problem with the H3 on the EA. Said we needed to call back in a few days as they are working on the problem. Anyone hear this?

Didn't hear that. But got could not process...I am in minnesota, I am aware of someone in topeka, KS as well. Not sure if I am eastern arc?
 
Okay all good, I'm going to Upgrade in a month or 2, Dirt offered me a Deal of $50 for the full upgrade, and she said the offer will still be available in a month or 2 for me when I decide to upgrade.

I'm on EA and scheduled with no problem.
 
Was not willing to give up, so called back. New CSR said he had not heard anything about EA issues, then after a hold came back and said there is in fact an issue. No details, he could give me. I will try again this afternoon, maybe they will have it worked out by then.

I am in same boat...do you own a wireless hopper right now?

What is your setup?? I wonder if it is because we are an "exception". We have three 211z in our RV, and 2 H2 / 5 Joeys in the house. When we setup our account I was transferred to three diff. depts. b

No. We currently have 2 Hopper 2 / 5 wired joeys and three 211Z in the RV. We were not changing anything in the RV and upgrading the house to H3 with 6 wired Joeys.

I am on the Eastern Arc and have a Hopper 3 and have no issues.

I would call back and try again. :D

You're issue may be the RV configuration giving errors, just a guess.

Have 2 HWS + Joey. Going to one H3 and one 4k Joey; all on EA.
 
I wonder if it is something with the 211 and the new equipment working together. Trying to figure out what the common thread is here. Sounds like alot of EA people are setup to go. Next time I play CSR roulette, I will be sure to point out that the 211 receivers, are in the RV and never connected to the EA dish with the hoppers. Our Winegard Travler dish on the RV is WA.
 
I got on the DIRT list a little while ago. Between calling Dish and them, I will eventually get upgraded! It would be so much easier to have 2 separate accounts, but unfortunately I am not made of money!
