Hopper 3 Space available indicator now missing

Hi,,
I recently had switched from direct TV to dish as of last Saturday. For the most part I like the hopper better than what Directv had to offer.. However, the space available meter on my Hopper is now not visible. It was visible as of Saturday night. I got a message that an update was ready for my receiver, but the only option that showed up was continue watching. The receiver never updated when I was awake right when I got the message like it did the first time I got an update message. When I went to sleep at around midnight my used space meter was still visible right before I turned off the Tv for the night. When I come home after being out on errands this afternoon and turn the TV back on all my recordings are there, but the available space meter is no longer visible. Anyone know what is going on.?

Relax, it will be back soon. :)
 
Sometimes,
When there is a significant change in available volume,
Like when I delete a bunch of recordings,
The space available meter disappears.
It re-appears a day or two later.

Me thinks it may be organizing the hard drive before recalculating space available.

Same thing happened to me today, anyone know how to get it back?

Hi, Jrolson. Our current workaround for resolving this issue is by resetting the receiver using the front panel on the your receiver. Let us know if this works for you. -- Trisha R.
