Hopper 3 reset timer?

My Hopper 3 resets at random times almost daily. Changing the timer value seems to change the time of day that the reset occurs, but it doesn't follow the setting. For instance, I had the timer set for 0100 hrs and the reset was happening between 0600 and 1000. So I change the timer to 0400, now the reset happens at 1700 -1800. I would like the reset to actually occur between 0100 and 0500, so as to not happen when I could be watching. This has been going on for quite a while. Is my Hopper broken?

Makes sense. was having the same problem yesterday while trying to watch dishanywhere. message was popping up saying sling software was reinializing.

Mine started doing this after the last upgrade. Recordings longer than an hour (e.g., a sports event) are frequently broken into pieces.
