I just tried Dish chat to upgrade to a Hopper 3 and they told me it hasn't been release yet.

Wow; I turned around and called in and now I am setup for a change out of 4 1.0 joeys and 2 hoppers to 1 hopper 3, 4 2.0 joeys, and 1 4k joey in the morning. Awesome!

I went ahead and ordered my hopper3 and joey2 from chat got inpatient.Got everything free even the tech charge,i don't think I could have done better here right?I was out of contract and been with dish for 5 years.install in the morning

Yes... originally he said it's $50 but since I'm a loyal customer and I signed a two year agreement it's free
