I currently have a HWS and a Joey, both run extremely hot. They are out in the open, do the new ones run hot also, or have they fixed that problem. You can almost get burnt on the Joey. I'm wanting to do a upgrade, just waiting for the bugs to get worked out, especially the OTA.

I also have the Hopper 3 and a 4K joey and I have noticed that the 4K joey gets really hot. I think that it is a poor design. They should have vents on top of the 4K joey instead of the side. I am also wondering if this is normal to get this hot? I have not noticed that the Hopper 3 get to hot. Mine stays kind of cooler that the 4K Joey.
"This hot!" is normal. Now if the 4K joey could be hot and work correctly. Than we would have something!
