HMC Memory error

J've seen this for months, a flashing of green spots vertically, about 1/3 of the screen widit over with certain colors/brightness levels. This occurs on all movies and commercials only on this channel.

This is a classic memory problem in a framestore, encoder or decoder. Could be at Hallmark's uplink or programming center, or at dish. BBut it is frustrating.


I wonder if this is seen on DirecTV, too?

I'm guessing it's at Dish. The same channel from Sky Angel (9730) doesn't exhibit these symptoms.
