I purchased this new unit about a week ago and I'm having an issue with intermitent loss of picture dispalying a whitish snowy screen with horizontal banding. Looks similar to what you would see on a cable or ota input that wasn't connected. Turning it off and on fixes the problem. I'm using a D* samsung TS360 DVI/HDMI connection. I've call Hitachi support and they're sending a software upgrade. Other than that, I really like the display. It handles STD and HD very better than most I've seen. Anyone have any experience with this?
