hi my name is dai. im new here and i have some general questions. maybe you guys could help me?

i have a pansat 3500S and dish network 500 with dual LNB. I set up per "eman" direction for satellite and pansat 3500S to get telstar 5. but it doesn't work. can someone help me step by step on figureing this out and how to do it?

The dish is too small and the LNB isn't right (I assume)

To get T5 (IA5) you need at least a 30" dish and a KU band LNB
