Help with Dish setup at new house.

I have just finished building my new house. I close tomorrow (Yahoo!).
I own two HDTVs and 2 SDTVs.

I think I want the following setup.

(1) ViP622
(1) ViP211
(2) Dish 311

I think I want the DishHD Silver with locals.

I plan on getting my local HD OTA. I started getting the parts to do the OTA antenna install myself (I've got the rotor and the pre-amp), but have reconsidered the DIY aspect. I suspect I want to find a local installer to order and set all this up for me. I (will be) live in Gray Court, SC.

Do y'all have any advice for me? Recommendations? Activation waivers? Money saving ideas?

Unfortunately there are only 2 HD locals in your market...To avoid an unessary effort...hold off on the antenna....If you're looking for OTA HD, it ain't there yet.....as you can see from the list, the stations in question are both PBS and are in opposite directions from your location...
