HELP with channel on G19 HD MPEG4

I did put the TP in manually and I still get the same channels on it.
?Still get the same channels on the sat as a whole or on that specific transponder? Ie, if you try to do a transponder scan on just that one transponder, do you get a lock on the transponder? Just trying to figure out if you have the transponder info entered correctly.
On the page where I can enter the PID manually there is no area to enter the MPEG 4 or anything.
That's what I figured. If so, a manual PID entry won't likely work, as most receivers will default to MPEG2 video for manual PID entry.

Im using a converter with it.
it is the TM-6800HD ( I dont think it is the super) It is MPEG 4 ready it says on the front

When I said I called the guy, it was the "guy" at ftv that sets up the satellites for clients of FTV. He was trying to figure out the problem also but I havent heard back from him in the past few days.

Oh joy. They'll step up their schedule now to scramble it. Just because.

Thanks.

The channels you list are not on 11929 V. They are at 12084 V. I think your lo frequency is set wrong. For universal lnbf it should be 10600. For regular lnbf it should be 10750.

Yes I used the channel editor to add the transponders to the reciever. I have not used it to add the program or channel. It shows the same as onscreen of the reciever as far as the options you can enter goes. I looked and it doesnt have any option for MPEG4 to select, but it does have an area to select for encryption.
It has
PMT PID
PCR PID
VIDEO PID
AUDIO PID
TELETEXT PID
AC3 button
Subt button
Scrambled button
New button

For the comment about them scrambling it, he said it is going to be somtime next year and dont purchase the access card at this time. I thought this was the problem it was scrambled until I talked with him. I have been trying to buy the card from them for 4 months so dont worry for now.

I have looked for another MPEG4 to try didn't see one though. Anyone know of one.

I would also be interested in another MPEG4 signal on Ku that is not DVB-S2 to help set up my codecs.
I use to have FTV working but have been playing around with various codecs on my computer and lost it, I had assumed it was scrambled, good to hear its still in the clear, for now.

I think the receiver figures that out on it's own.
Try entering the Channel via PID entry, either by Remote or Editor.

Double check Photoman's comment about the TP, I know Lyngsat has it at 11929, but never hurts to check.

FTV is on 11929 V. But the list of channels he says he gets on 11929 V are actually on 12084 V.

There is the answer, again :) , just have to see the Trees in the Forest.
What are the LNB settings in the Diamond, and which LNB do you have?

Not sure what kind of LNB I have. As for the LNB settings do you mean the TP settings? Confused becuase I have entered it with th remote and computer using the correct settings and it doesnt show up. the list of channels that I listed shows they are on the 11929V so I am confused? Im not sure about settings for LNB. It was a FTA system I had been using before I got the new HD reciever. The company said my LNB could still be used, is this the problem I wonder?

The Channel you listed are not on 11929, see lyngsat.com/galaxy19.html

In the receiver, go to the Dish / Sat Setup menu.
What is listed for the LNB Type and LNB Freq.?

transponder 11 11929V 22000
LNB I have Universal
LNB Freq. I have 9750 / 10600
Level is 91%
quality is 51%
this is what I show on the screen
I have entered the correct PID in the channels also
