I've got a number of TV show episodes downloaded to my PC (our DVR died yet again) and have renamed them from something like

House-S05E12-Episode-title-here-HDTV.XviD-LOL.avi

to simply

House-Season 5 Episode 12.avi

Problem is, on the XBOX, when accessing them through "My Videos", they appear with the long (original) name. Turns out that AVIs have "internal" titles that apparently the XBOX reads. I used abcAVI to edit the "TITLE" of the AVI but they still show up with the long name.

Anyone ran into this ? If so, any luck changing it (if you tried to) ?

Try rebooting the Media server or refreshing the list first.

Nope, didn't change (I'm not gonna reboot my machine just for this, but I ended up having to earlier today, so I checked the titles via the XBOX just a bit ago).
