Help with 942

Help

I just went from VOOM to Dish. Very satisfied with the PQ so far. Even got the second dish for 61.5 at no charge. The 942 is what VOOM needed (besides more subs)

But at this very moment I have horizontal pixelated yellow lines across my screen. How do I correct that? Or should I call Dish?

I could use a little more info to be of any real help. Is it on all channels? What sort of connection between tv and receiver? Everything plugged in snug? What resolution are you running from the receiver? What is your TV native res? Any odd power variables (vacuum, microwave, etc)?

You might look at the DBSTalk site - forum on 942 bugs. There are several postings about green lines that appear and how to stop them.

Thank you....I was premature. I did the old unplug from the power source and wait 30 seconds. Every thing is cool.
