HELP!!! Satellite 119 (Dishnetwork)

Please can someone help us out here, we are hearing to many things regarding what to do.

# of us in the same area same problem with channels on satellite 119 here are our questions.

1. Why is this happing loosing signal on channels we had before.

2. What do we need to do to fix this.
