I have an unusual problem. I have 3 receivers, 2 301's and an 811 all connected to a dp-34 switch.

Just recently both 301's pop up with the 002 errors on satellite 119 transponder 4, despite have a strong signal in the installation menu meanwhile the 811 has no problem getting these channels. I've tried swapping locations with no success. I've tried resetting both receivers, ran many many check switches. Re-ran new cables with no effect.

Any thoughts?

Try completely clearing the switch matrix. Unscrew the coax from the back of the receivers and running a switch test and then hook it back up and do it again. Also try swaping out ports on the dp34.

The satellite 119 transponder 4 issues sounds like the lnbf failure problem known on the SuperDishes. I bet that is what you have installed. I am surprised that the 811 would not experience the same issue though seeing that it is also connected to the same switch which is connected to the same lnbf's on the same SuperDish.

Do both 301's work on other channels that use the 119 satellite? Which channels come in and which ones do not? If some channels off of the 119 satellite tune in while others do not then thats a sign of a bad lnbf. I would think if it was a bad lnbf that it would be doing this on the 811 receiver as well. Try bypassing the switch and connect the receiver directly to the 119 lnbf which is the outer one. You should be able to access port easily without taking anything apart. It has two ports and only one is in use which goes to the DP-34 switch. After you connect each reciever up to the lnbf do a check switch and see what you come up with and report your results on here.

What does the check switch summary screen state on the 301's?
