HELP! Netflix has sound but no picture on H3

All works well until you select a show to watch. It starts with sound, continues with sound but screen remains black - no picture. Funny, if I go into fast forward or rewind, the small screen pics across the bottom work and look fine, just main picture is black. Any ideas? Works fine - of course- with my Apple TV and on my iPad.... so it's not a Netflix issue.

Thanks, tried as first thing, no luck and it has been a few days now as well.

How did you reset, RBR- power cord or both? If just RBR try power cord reset. You went into diagnostics-tools-reset factory defaults?

You might also try: Menu, Settings, Diagnostics, (also Home, Home), Restore To Factory Defaults, Reset Netflix To Defaults....

I have had this happen when my internet download speed is too low.
