help in setup screen? what dish?

Hello -

I got a new hd dvr today.

I hooked it all up and now I am at the dish selection screen, well there are 15 options to choose from.

I dont own a slimline dish My dish is the larger more square shaped dish with the side car LNB.

so i can anybody tell me which dish to choose?
and do I select SWM or multiswitch?

The Dish that you have is equivalent to a 5LNB Multi-sat. The newer receivers will auto sense the dish type. Just hook it up and it should figure out the correct setting.

As far as the receiver knows, your dish (AT-9) and the Slimline (AU-9) are identical. I have a AT-9 and the receiver system info says "Slimline-5"
