Hey all been a while. I am in the middle of mexico right now, Cenotillo Mexico.
I am working on setting up a fta system for a friend of mine. I brought a single KU LNB, and a c/ku combo with the ring, if we can find a good c band dish.
Looking at the programing should i go for 30w? It sits about 21 deg in the sky here.
Found what i think is a 1 meter dish to use.

Can anyone give me a strong transponder off of
30w? Also do i set the lnb to 9750/10600? It has been a long time.
Any other sats to hit pleasr help me out. Looking for Spanish programing

Hank123,

Hispasat is rec'd very well here in NJ. Active TP's are: 11884/v/27501, 12132/h/27501, 12052/h/27500, 11977/v/3255, 11973/v/3029, 12092/h/300002. Check you Ku band LNB for what local oscillator frequency you have to use. Is it a standard or universal? I'd say to use 10600 as 9750 is not useful for Hispasat. I get close to 50 FTA channels give or take a few, depending on feeds.

There's a bunch of radio channels too, with great music from around the world. One interesting one is Radio Clock, a.k.a. "Radio Reloj" from Cuba.

12052/h/27500 is a good transponder.

Good luck.

As for the photo of the LNB info, use 10,600 MHz for local oscillator frequency.

Universal LNB and 22 kHz AUTO has exactly the same effect as LNB 10.600 and 22 kHz ON, for high band reception.

So no need to change settings.

In fact, when he also might want to receive low-band on other satellites, why not set the settings as the (universal) LNB allows and supports?
