T5 always has alot of good strong signals in my neck of the woods. I have used 10600 for the low and high settings in mytheater, progdvb and Ritz and 0 for the SW setting without any problems. There is a visual/audible program called progfinder at the below link.

If you have the volume cranked, you can move and adjust while listening to the program belt out levels in english or an audible tone. Hope this helps. I was lucky, it only took me about a day to get things running smoothly, however I cheated.....I had a sg2100 hooked upto a goto capable reciever and USALS.
