help Directv client says no network access

Our main genie was set up for us but or other tv was not here so they could not physical set up the mini genie, well now I am trying to set it up and it tells me that there is no network access . Help please Thank you

Is the cable that runs to where you want the Genie client connected to a SWiM splitter? If it is not, you will need to get a SWiM splitter and connect the cable from the LNBF to it and then the cable to the Genie to the power passing (usually red) port and the cable to the client to the other port.
