Help Aiming dish got 101 but not others

Helping a new neighbor set up Direct dish Slimeline 3. Familiar with DishNet but not Direct. Got 101 98 percent but can't get 99 and 103. Is it the skew angle? Appreciater any help.

For a multiple satellite system make sure that the mast or pole is 100% level all the way around. If it's out of plumb at all your going to shoot over or under the satellite location for 99 and 103. The 'tilt' better known as skew is crucial. You can get that setting off the setup menu on the Directv IRD. Get those numbers and skew the dish to the appropriate setting and you should be close.
