My hdmi cable gets cut into is their way to splice back together?

I would think you could splice one of those with a bit of effort, or just spend six bucks and buy a new one.

Buy a new one. They're inexpensive... monoprice, blue jeans cables, media bridge all work and are about 6-7 bucks.

You didn't say anything about needing 50 ft. Pushing it for distance. Anyways $25 and high speed:

Moreover, I would be suspect of any splice in a 50 ft cable. It will upset impedances and cause standing wave reflections. Not a big deal on short distances, but 50 ft is about the limit of the technology and beyond the specs already. Any patch in a 50 ft cable will likely cause it to fail.
