HDMI to Component

I have a 55 inch mitsubishi rear projection tv (HD Ready). It has no dvi or hdmi, just component inputs. When Im ready to purchase my reciever will this work so I can see my HD conent as well as listen to it in True HD or Master Audio? http://cgi.ebay.com/DVI-HDMI-to-RGB-...d=p3286.c0.m14
