On my HDTV, tv 1, my hd picture and sound freezes for 2-3 seconds every so often on some of the channels. I have had at least 3 techs out, replaced all wiring, lnb's etc. Outlet is grounded and even tried the 2 prong adapter thingy. Recently hooked up an uninterupatable power supply and plugged the receiver (VIP 722k) into it as well as the tv. It seems to have helped some but still happening some. Already had one replacement receiver. I really can't think of anything else to do to make it stop doing this. Any ideas on this issue? I was told by one tech that it was my wiring. I had an electrician come out and look at it and he said electric was fine. He did ground the outlet at that point. Only had new receiver 2-3 days before he grounded the outlet.
