hd package included in tc premium?

hey, anyone got info if the hd package will be added to tc premium? longhorn said something about this before but wasn't sure.

It was a rumor for a while, the only change they made was the package was reduced to 9.99 instead of 10.99

It SHOULD be added to TC premium. Total Choice isn't very premium if it doesn't include the HD channels is it?

The is a rumor that starting next month it may indeed be included as well as reduced to 9.99, which we already know for that one.

I would anyone like me (1 premium + DVR + HD) would be crazy not to pony up for TCPr if this goes. The $15 in fees alone strike me as annoying...

There should be some advantage and/or saving for subscribing to TCPr, but unless you have a dvr hook-up you aren't getting any breaks for DTV's highest tier. I believe the rate for TC Plus is $48.99 after the infamous 3/1/06 increase and if you add the five levels of premium packages, ($48.00), the total is $96.99, which is the price for TCPr after 3/1/06. So, if you have a DVR you get the DVR fee "waived", but if you don't have a DVR there is no savings at all for being at the highest level of monthly fees.

that's the same way it is now. there is no price break for gettin TC Premier so I dont even know why they offer the package.
