HD only? Eastern Arc?

Hey all, I was a Dish customer about a year and a half ago (before I joined the Navy and moved), but I've been reading about new HD channels coming soon and I've always liked their HD-DVR (had a 722 I believe). On their website when I selected to sign up for new service, I couldn't seem to find an only-HD package similar to what I had when I left back in the day. Do they not offer an HD-DVR package with no SD anymore? Or if such a package exists, how would I go about signing up for it?

Oh, and on a mostly unrelated note, does anyone know if Charleston, SC is covered by the Eastern Arc? (which I guess is getting the new HD soon, or am I mistaken?)

I can answer 1 question. If you talk to a higher up csr & ask for DishAmerica, you may get an HD only pac. No guarantees, but the pac does exist.

You might have to talk to a few CSRs, but you should be able to get it. BTW, the packages used to be called TurboHD and were just recently renamed.

I subscribed just last Friday, I had no problems getting Dish America.
