HD Issues

Hello all, this is my first post and unfortunately it's about an issue. Is it just me or does everyone have issues with the newer HD channels degrading to the point of just freezing up or losing signal? Two I have noticed most so far is the BIG 10 channel and TBS.

They are both on a weaker sat. for your area. 129. Don't worry though,tbs hd has no hd on it since the playoffs. Big Ten is really good. When you can get a signal.

Do a search on peaking the 129 satellite.

I assume you have a Dish1000 or one of it's cousins (1000.2 or 1000+)

You need to slightly de-tune 110 and 119 to improve 129, but signal levels should remain high enough for a stable picture.

A better solution is to peak your dish for 110/119 and use a second dish for 129.
