HD-4DTV ?

Is there a real consumer grade HD 4DTV capable receiver out there? or something else that can become a HD receiver?

And what's with all these DVB main uplinks now? Does anyone sell programming for those to consumers?

The HDD 200 is an add on for the 4dtv for HD. There are a few channels you can sub too, like HBO, Starz etc. Unfortunately those DVB masters are for cable and LSD headends only. When they finish butchering the bitrate to cram them together for there subscribers there not worth much in quality anyway
