this may be long, but it's my first post...bear with me...
i just became a dish network customer this month, only after numerous no-show installations & multiple hassles with customer service.
then the technician failed to install the DVR unit i requested. two MORE no-shows later, they're "supposed" to replace the unit friday.
i was told by a CSR that i would receive a two-week credit for the regular programming i originally ordered. (then they failed to note this in the records, i had to hold forever to get a supervisor to honor this promise)
ANYWAY...sorry for the annoying details.
for a couple of weeks now, i've been getting channels that were previously restricted. (besides the 3 months of free hbo)...i'm talking the whole bundle...even all the dirty channels .
and not just the "free preview" channels.
is this a technical glitch? my account summary shows i'm just receiving "america's top 60." and since they didn't apply the 2-week credit until today, it's not likely they were making amends by giving me freebies.
is this a fortunate accident? or does dish network offer free extended viewing of ALL the premium channels?
thanks.
