Has anyone upgraded their programming through the web or via the reciever and it come up correct on the bill?
I currently have the HD Gold package but seriously considering upgrading to get all the movie channels.
I dont want to have a pricing fiasco on my hands and hoping if I did it through the receiver or web all the pricing is automatically calculated via their computers.
After going through all the hell with standard customer service overseas I was hoping doing it electronically would eliminate those issues.
