Anyone else with a VIP211 or 411 have to hard reset 3-5 times a day? It's getting really irritating. My screen either freezes or goes black; after a hard reset it goes back to normal.
I too am having a problem with the video going to black and have to reset the 211 receiver. There are many others having a similar problem too. There is obviously a problem with the 211 receiver. Call DN tech support and tell them about it and ask them to create a problem ticket so it can be addressed.
