Interested in saving more HD content with my 622. I'm not sure how many gigs I need to get though. How much space does an hour of HD take? How much hard drive space is on the 622?

I suggest getting a 500GB Western Digital Mybook. Hard drives are very affordable now.

The total size of the 622 is 320GB of which you get access to about 250GB.
So, an external 250GB drive will double your HD storage space.

Don't get me wrong - I'm always want stay with facts, when ppl most of the time speculate. Actually I'm oppose the speculations by hard pointing to real data.

206GB is even better for calculating external drive storage space.
