So with it enabled you get the pop-ups?For those who watch commercials...
TV Enhancements allows those on-screen pop-ups trying to get you to interact with the commercial. "Press Select for more information" (launches app), "Press Select to order this event", "Press Select to go to channel [fill in the blank]", etc.

This must only affect receiver models that actually have Caller ID. On my Wally, TV Enhancements stayed turned On. I had to turn the TV Enhancements back On for my Hopper 3.Caller ID and TV Enhancements got turned off on both of my Hopper3 receivers after updating to H318. Updated to H318. Multiview no longer works as intended.
The bottom left box is blank (black screen) Anyone else experiencing the same problem?
And you didn't already know that you could turn them off?Ugh! I'll leave it off then. I've seen them, and I really don't like them.
It is a novelty thing. Besides, Dish does not insert those on broadcast (local) channels. They are only inserted on cable-type channels, and there are very few of those left in my package. You actually like those pop-ups?
Nope. I have an uneasy relationship with the infernal CUI. My 722/612 menus were almost always easy to navigate and reasonable when trying to find things. The CUI, not so much. And you didn't already know that you could turn them off?
You should call that one in.Updated to H318. Multiview no longer works as intended.
