Don't know why these two stations can't seem to get a stable owner, but it looks like WJRT and WTVG are getting sold again, this time to Gray Broadcasting for $128 Million.

A good deal for SJL considering they bought those stations for a mere $30 million in 2010. Both stations are leaders in their markets. And it seems like Gray really wants to compete with Sinclair now. The only service improvement I see is Gray planning on adding a CW subchannel to WTVG which I guess is good for OTA viewers in Toledo considering CW is cable-only over there.
