I assume you mean over sat? I don't think they are on the dish radar yet. I think directv is planning them.
You can get them with lifeline ($11/mo) cable from charter however, just need a QAM tuner.
I think Comcast has the channels also, but not WWMT last I knew.
Check the grand rapids thread over at AVSforums (it's pretty active and about the only useful thread for me on that site)
