Gradys Still in Business?

Their website has not been updated since 2003.
When I go to systems info on my receiver and then press info, it shows Gradys Satellite and Radio. I bought this from another retailer a month ago.

If it is really important get your posts up to 5 and PM a dirt member to see if they can locate a dealer who is probably long gone.

You should be assigned to Dish Network or your installer if this is a new account or you are adding the receiver to an existing account. Dish should be able to assist you and there is no reason to contact Grady at all.

I bought this new from another dealer. There is no refurb sticker on it. So why does it say Gradys when I bought it from another dealer? Am having problems with pixelating video on the HDMI only. Wondering about this unit. Could it have been a resold return?

Contacted dealer I bought it from. They are confused also. Said their name should be on the receiver. They are going to swap it out with a new one.
