Getting your 622 Tracking Number

My 622 shipped yesterday and is being sent by UPS second day air for an install this Saturday.

If you call to get the tracking number you may need to "prompt" the CSR to look it up in their "Oricle" system. It appears that their internal system known as "Oricle" is not the system that they normally use to look for this type of data.

It only took 2 calls and being forwarded to 3 folks before I got someone who knew where to look.

Err, I believe it's "Oracle", as in the Database company. based on the email conversation I had with "David Laslo", that would make sense.

The subject of the mail that had the track# had an Oracle id # in it.
