getting free starz instead of 6 ppv

i had the free starz for 3 months, which just expired, and got the 6 ppv for free but want free starz. emailed dish to ask if i could get free starz for a year instead of 6 ppv movies, girl replied for me to send account address, phone #and zip code and it would be changed. so i email the info and some other guy replies "you have 6 free ppv movies " thats it. could 1 of the dish dudes help me out?
