I am thinking of doing this. We were still debating over going to Sprint or staying with ATT. This maybe the deciding promotion for us to stay with ATT. I will be able to get a 32 GIG iPhone 4S for $169 and my wife can get a 16 GIG 4S for $69 when we trade in our 3GS.

Went ahead and upgraded to the 16gb 4s for $69 from Radio Shack this morning with trade in of my old 3GS. Took about 5 minutes to restore my contacts and stuff from the cloud and then about an hour for all my apps to download and sync.
