Gameplan blackout question?

I'm in CHarleston Sc and bought Gameplan because I'm originally from Alabama and wanted to be able to see Auburn and Alabama games. I understand blackouts if a local provider is showing the game, but why is the 3:30 pm Bama/Vandy game that is supposed to be on channel 777 blacked out in my area. The game is not on any other channels.

If this is what I can expect every week, Game Plan SUCKS.
